Ross was born and raised in Florida, but he has spent the majority of his life living in East Texas. Ross was an athlete all through High School playing four sports, Cross Country, Track, Basketball and Golf. Fitness has always been a part of his life. In 2016 Ross earned his NASM Personal Training certificate, and he recently added the Fitness Nutrition Specialization to his skill set. Ross enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and spending time with his friends and family.
In order to utilize the facility and the amenities offered here you will need to sign up for a Fitness Membership. Our Fitness Membership dues depend on your existing Membership level at the Country Club. We offer individual and family Fitness Plans to accommodate each households needs. Our fitness staff can assist you with any questions or joining as a fitness member.
Our facility has a great team of certified personal trainers to help keep you accountable and create a program suited to your individual needs. We provide a variety of different options for training such as 1-on-1 training, group training, and specialized training. Our first session is always free.
We also offer a wonderful group fitness program. Classes are held in our Group Fitness room and range from Yoga, Kickboxing, Body Blast, Sit Your Way to Fit, Boot Camp, Core Essentials, and Zumba. Fitness Members can attend unlimited classes each month.
All members of the Country Club have access to our massage amenity. This is the only amenity we are able to offer for both fitness and non-fitness members. Our most popular option is a 60-minute Swedish massage, but we also offer 30-minute and 90-minute options in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Post Event, and Pre-Event massages.

Monday through Thursday 5 a.m.— 9 p.m.
Friday 5 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m.— 6 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m.— 5 p.m.
